Semarang City
Semarang is the capital and largest city of Central Java province in Indonesia. It was a major port during the Dutch colonial era, and is still an important regional center and port today. The city has been named as the cleanest tourist destination in Southeast Asia by the ASEAN Clean Tourist City Standard (ACTCS) for 2020–2022.
Candi Gedong Songo
The Exotics Candi Gedong Songo. “Gedong” means building and “Songo” means nine, so it represents the nine candi located here ini the complex, althoughIt was a Hindu’s candi. Candi Gedong Songo was built on 927 AD during the era of Wangsa Syailendra. Initially, only seven candi was found by Sir Thomas Stamford Raffless on 1804, so it was called Candi Pitu back then, where “Pitu” means seven. On 1908-1911, Van Stein Callenfels unearthed two more candi, adding them up to nine candi, and thus were called Gedong Songo since then.
Karimunjawa
Karimunjawa island is an archipelago in Java Sea which is included in Jepara regency, Central Java. With a land area of ± 1,500 hectares and see ± 110,000 hectares, Karimunjawa is now developed into a charm of Taman Laut tourism that began to favor a lot of local and foreign tourists. The underwater beauty is the attraction of tourists. Coral reefs and ornamental fish are colorful.
